Extensions and devices
Set up in seconds with generated SIP credentials. Forwarding, do not disturb, follow-me, call waiting and per-extension recording.
IP phone system · on-premise
Extensions, SIP trunks, routes, IVR, voicemail, recording and reports, managed from a web console. AsterPBX writes the Asterisk configuration for you, validates it and deploys it with automatic rollback.

Product
Built for the administrator who does not live inside Asterisk: every screen says what it does, and the platform takes care of the rest.
Set up in seconds with generated SIP credentials. Forwarding, do not disturb, follow-me, call waiting and per-extension recording.
Several trunks, registered or IP-based, with failover between them and a screen that tells you whether each is registered, reachable and at what latency.
Routes by number (DID) and by caller ID; outbound routes by prefix, with a PIN and business hours when needed.
Ring all, in sequence or in rotation, with internal members and external numbers, and a fallback destination when nobody answers.
Menus built by dragging nodes: audio, options, schedules, destinations. Published by version; what is in production never changes by accident.
One mailbox per extension, personal greetings, and each message sent to the user's email as soon as it arrives.
Policies per extension, route or group. Search, playback and download from the console, with configurable retention.
Every call with source, destination, duration and outcome. Reports by extension, trunk and period, exportable to CSV and PDF.
Reusable opening schedules and a holiday calendar that changes routing without anyone having to remember.
Permissions by role, strong passwords and an audit log that records who changed what, with the previous and the new value.
How it works
AsterPBX is the only source of the Asterisk configuration. Nobody edits files by hand, and every deployment is recorded with its version.
Extensions, trunks, routes, groups, IVR. Every change stays pending until you decide to apply it, and you see exactly what is about to change.
The same settings always produce the same file, byte for byte. That is why its checksum tells you whether anything changed.
Validation first, a backup copy, installation, reload, and a check that Asterisk accepted the change. If anything fails, it returns to the previous version on its own.
And if verification fails: automatic rollback. It never reports a success that did not happen.
On-premise
AsterPBX is installed on a server in your organisation, physical or virtual. Calls, recordings and records never leave your network, and the phone system keeps working even when the internet goes down.
Modules
The base includes extensions, trunks, routes and call records. Optional modules are switched on from the console; while off, they neither appear nor generate configuration.
Extensions, devices, trunks, routing, ring groups, call records.
Voice menus with a visual designer and versioned publishing.
Per-extension mailboxes with email delivery.
Recording policies, search and playback.
Reusable time conditions for routing.
Greetings and announcements converted automatically to Asterisk's format.
